How we work

We've been furnishing homes for over 20 years. In that time we've learned to listen carefully to what clients tell us - how they want their homes to look and how they would like to live in them.

We offer a personal service that's tailored to each client's tastes, budget and lifestyle. It's our aim to make the entire process from the initial brief, through presentation to installation a pleasant experience. One we hope you'll want to repeat the next time you're thinking about furnishing your home.

Once an order is placed, we confirm dates and set the wheels in motion. We keep you informed of progress at each stage, and we’re there on the start day to introduce our installation team. We’ll call by most mornings while an installation is taking place, just to ensure that everything is running as smoothly as possible, and to iron out any potential snags.

Upon completion of your order, we’ll make a final inspection, and in the case of a kitchen installation we’ll take you through a demonstration of all the built-in equipment, as well as any day-to-day maintenance and cleaning tips, to help keep your new purchase performing and looking good for many years to come.
